Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 22, 2026.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Dash Audits, including the website, dashboard, audit workflows, generated outputs, APIs, and related services we provide (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Scope
Dash Audits is a business software platform for running SEO, UX, CRO, analytics, and related audit workflows across websites, webpages, funnels, and supporting marketing assets. We may add, remove, or modify features from time to time.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration, billing, and account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace. You may only use the Service for lawful business purposes and only if you have authority to act for the business or client whose properties you submit.
3. Credits, Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
The Service operates on a credit and usage-based model unless we agree otherwise in writing. Pricing, credit costs, and feature availability may change over time. You are responsible for reviewing the pricing in effect before running audits or purchasing credits.
Payments are processed through third-party providers. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for purchased credits, subscriptions, or other fees. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar government charges.
4. Customer Content and Permissions
You retain responsibility for all URLs, credentials, prompts, files, text, client details, and other data you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and legal bases required to upload, process, audit, analyse, and store that Customer Content within the Service.
If you submit credentials or connect third-party services, you are responsible for ensuring those credentials are authorised, secure, and lawful to use. You must not use the Service to access, scan, or analyse any property that you do not own or have permission to assess.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the Service, interfere with platform stability, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer restricted components, resell access without authorisation, or use the Service in a way that violates law, contract, privacy rights, or third-party platform rules. We may apply rate limits, usage restrictions, or other safeguards to protect the Service and other users.
6. AI Outputs and Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment processors, analytics providers, and AI or model providers. Availability, latency, output quality, and feature behavior may be affected by those providers.
Audit outputs, recommendations, summaries, and generated content are provided for informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them or implementing changes based on them. The Service does not provide legal, financial, security, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.
7. Availability, Maintenance, and Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, models, usage limits, integrations, or supported workflows. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
8. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including our software, interfaces, branding, workflows, documentation, and underlying technology. These Terms and Conditions do not transfer ownership of the Service to you. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
9. Privacy and Security
We process personal and account-related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for using the Service in a way that is consistent with your own privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory obligations. You must not submit sensitive or regulated data unless you have confirmed the Service is appropriate for that use.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, created security or legal risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the Service in an abusive or unauthorised way. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post the updated version in the Service or on our website. Continued use of the Service after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
